What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted for processing using Authorize.Net systems. None of your payment information is stored on any Prime Bowling systems.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Warranty Policy

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at customerservice@primebowling.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.

If your product is confirmed as damaged or defective we will replace your item at no charge to you. In some cases we may require the original item to be shipped back to us. In these cases we will pay for all return costs. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at https://www.primebowling.com.

Return Policy

PrimeBowling.com. is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with an item, you have 30 days to return it and get a full refund and we will pay all return costs minus a 25% restocking fee. Contact us for a pre-paid shipping label. No hassles, no questions to get your money back. All we ask is that the item is unused, in its original packaging and is shipped back double boxed/bagged for protection. If you have any questions, email us at customerservice@primebowling.com.

*PLEASE NOTE – One free return per ORIGINAL order ONLY. If additional returns are required shipping costs will be at the buyers expense.

The following items are NOT eligible for product returns/exchanges:

  • -Personalized product (i.e.: dye-sublimated items with a Name Addition or ball engraving)
  • -Product that has been worn or used.
  • -Products that are shipped back in the manufacturer’s packaging. All returns must be double boxed.

**All DYE-SUBLIMATED Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee (non-personalized ONLY).

Within 72 hours you will receive an email correspondence regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received an email from our customer service team detailing how and where to return your item(s). All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).Some exclusions to items that may be returned may apply. Please see the exclusion list below.

The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box (please see image above). Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box will not be accepted.

Exclusion List – the following item may not be returned

  • Gift Cards
  • Used merchandise
  • Must Go Items
  • Items marked as discontinued
  • Bowling shoes that have been worn on a lane or shoes showing signs of wear or dirt.
  • All items returned that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING at the time of purchase will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will not be charged a restock fee but will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from PrimeBowling.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
